D & B Tax Service was started in 1984. That first year, Doug and Bonnie had 18 clients, since then the business has grown considerably thanks mostly to client referals.
Our company specializes in accounting and tax preparation services for a wide variety of clients. We specialize in:

Our Tax Preparers:
Bonnie Buswell, Owner, E.A.
Bonnie is owner of D & B Tax Service. She has been preparing tax returns since 1978. Bonnie obtained a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 1989 from Buena Vista College. She became an Enrolled Agent in 1986. An Enrolled Agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Enrolled agents are generally unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax maters they handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before. Bonnie is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents as well as the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Rachel Money, E.A.
Rachel started at D & B Tax Service as receptionist in 2006 and started preparing tax returns in 2010. In recent years, she has become a year round employee helping with payroll and bookkeeping tasks. Rachel graduated from Bellevue University in 2015 with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Accounting. Rachel became an Enrolled Agent in 2017 and is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents as well as the National Association of Tax Proffesionals.

Cindy Faiman, Tax Preparer
Cindy has over 25 years experience preparing tax returns. She has been with D & B Tax Service since 1998 as a seasonal employee. Cindy recently retired from her full time employment as a bank manager.

Frank Godinez, Tax Preparer
Frank started at D & B Tax Service in 2002 as a seasonal employee. He is employed full time as an accountant with a major health insurance company. Frank has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
